A tentative agreement with SEACOR was ratified by the M.E.B.A. membership on Friday, January 13th.
 
The effective date of the contract is yet to be determined as the ISH/SEACOR restructuring plan has not yet been finalized and approved by the court. The current contract remains in place until the bankruptcy process is completed.
